Today in Foods we had our Bread lab. A couple of groups made breadsticks (which went so fast I didn't get a pic), a couple of groups made cornbread muffins (see above), and a couple of groups made biscuits (see below). We didn't get through all the notes we needed to last time, so students didn't have the benefit of learning about the muffin method or the biscuit method before participating in the lab. Judging by the "biscuits" below we should have some interesting conversations next class. :-)
