In Foods yesterday we had another lab. We made homemade ice cream and apple crisp. I think the food turned out pretty good. Some of the labs struggled with the ice cream (they didn't shake it enough), but the flavor was still good!

Sewing Projects and Foods Labs
In FACS Exploration, we are finishing up our clothing unit. Students have been working on a project of their choice. A lot of students have spelled out their names (or nicknames) by making alphabet pillows.
In Foods yesterday we had another lab. We made homemade ice cream and apple crisp. I think the food turned out pretty good. Some of the labs struggled with the ice cream (they didn't shake it enough), but the flavor was still good!
