Today in Foods we had our appetizer lab. Students made 2 kinds of fresh salsa, a cheese ball, spinach dip and stuffed mushrooms. The students were really opened-minded about the mushroom idea. I was impressed. Most everyone who tasted them thought they were okay, even if they didn't like mushrooms. I tasted everything today, and I must say it was good stuff! Good job guys!
