Last week the Foods class made Eggs Benedict. Last semester when we made it, the recipe we tried for the hollandaise sauce did not turn out right. This semester, we tried a new recipe and most of the groups sauce turned out well. One group struggled with it though- they cooked the eggs, rather than making them into a sauce.
