Today my FACS classes made pancakes with homemade vanilla syrup. The smelled really good. And looked really good. The students have more fun with this lab than with any other lab I think. it is fun to see which groups make silver dollar pancakes and which labs make lumberjack pancakes. It is also interesting to see how many make mickey mouse pancakes. My students are so cool!
