The Orange Cranberry muffins turned out a little flat in both classes, but the flavor was great. 
And the Pumpkin Chocolate Chip turned out with holes in the middle... hmmm. Wonder what could have caused that....

Muffins
On Friday we had our muffin lab. Each group made a different kind of muffin, then we did a tasters table. it was interesting to see how the muffins turned out. The Raspberry Crumble muffins, in both classes, turned out great! 
The Orange Cranberry muffins turned out a little flat in both classes, but the flavor was great. 
And the Pumpkin Chocolate Chip turned out with holes in the middle... hmmm. Wonder what could have caused that....

your facilities are so nice! I'm jealous you are at a new school. They really need to update ours. :) Oh well... it won't be my classroom next year! :)
ps... I think you're an amazing teacher! It looks like your kids really work hard.
